RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At naturesbucket.in, we strive to provide you with the highest quality organic foods to support your healthy lifestyle. Nature’s bucket does not offer Return or Refund. Therefore, please make sure to carefully review all product details and double-check the product before placing an order.
Damaged Items in Transport:
- Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for our products that is not damaged during the shipping process.
- We Strive to Deliver our Organic products ordered through our website www.naturesbucket.in excellent condition wrapped up in the Best and Secure pack.
- We use recommended and healthy packaging materials to pack the products in order to ensure that you get it in the best consumable condition.
We follow below packing steps for every order you make:
- First bubble sheet wrapping, in case of more glass items we do thermocol packing for covering all four side of carton box after wrapping bubble sheet to each product separately so that any impact from outside wont damage your products.
- We place all the items into a dense box that is a tough carton material and then a packed using gum packing tape.

At Nature’s bucket, we strive to ensure that every product we create is of the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes errors or damage may occur during the packing process.
Our return policy states that we accept returns only in case of damage on our end not in shipping process.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any item that is damaged due to an error on our packing part. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email or phone within 2 days of receipt.
In such cases video of the package can be shared with us to get a replacement order. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item, and once we received your returned items, the order shall be processed within 3-5 business days or delivered within 15 business days.
We replace your order for free of charge.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Our return policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website, naturesbucket.in.
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at naturesbucket@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Clearly mention your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Please do not send the product back without obtaining an RA number.
Packaging and Shipping:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation received with it.
- Clearly mark the order id and RA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, the order shall be processed within 3-5 business days or delivered within 15 business days.

- To return your product, you should send your product to: Shop No. 5/82, Nature’s bucket organic shop, P. Karuppanvalasu, chinnadharapuram (via), Tirupur D.t – 639202.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

- We will refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Orders that are yet to be shipped can be cancelled and will be fully refunded. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
